QUICKSILVER ANGELS IN THE SLIPSTREAM
We probably wouldn’t be human if we were not aware of the darkness of these times - it is both a real and a spiritual or psychic darkness - and is a hopeful sign.
Coming in the midst of Spring in the Northern hemisphere these days of psychic darkness can seem a heavy weight to bear.
Days of delusion - manifesting as many different levels of warfare and conflict - national, international and personal - threaten to engulf us.
But when we recognize that this darkness is a necessary to the change we desire to see - it becomes easier to bear.
For nature is vastly patient and forgiving - in the face of this impatience I feel in my all too human vulnerability - nature forgives and goes on to recycle the dark energy into previously unimagined states of incomparable beauty and magnificence.
Since we are a part of this unfolding process and cannot know this mind of God which directs it - we must double down and learn to respect the process.
Since there are no accidents or coincidences in our lives - paying attention on a deeper level than we are taught is necessary must often be painfully learned.
In learning to trust our intuition and to trust it as a guide - things open up in surprising and encouraging ways - the universe really isn’t that subtle but responds with rather emphatic and powerful energy to the energy we put forth.
Trust and we are trusted, love and we are loved, pay attention and we are rewarded with attention.
The universe is intentional and methodical - there is nothing random - or unintentional - about it.
We are in many ways we just don’t think about - the universe made flesh - and we are part of the constantly vibrating natural electromagnetic frequency of the material plane.
If we were not electromagnetic our bodies would never form and would not hold together materially.
But we are so much more than the material - our electromagnetism is part of a grand cosmic dance between consciousness and matter - and it is in the realm of becoming more adept on the consciousness plane that our journey as humans really lies.
It is in music where we perhaps can feel that intersectionality of the cosmos most intensively as our bodies vibrate in sympathy with the vibrational intensity of the music.
Imagining the mind of someone like Bach who could not only hear, imagine, comprehend and write down the beauty of the vibrational frequency of the universe we perceive as music - is only one example of what could come out of a spiritually attuned culture.
Participating in the outdoors - staying in tune with and celebrating our part in the vibrance of the natural world is also very helpful.
The darkness we can feel at times like this might be compared to the energy of plants in their annual cycle.
The life force of plants returns to the roots to survive Winter cold and then in Spring rises into the warm sun to begin the cycle of annual renewal once again - we too must sometimes return to our roots to be able to process the energy of change.
This time of darkness represents our return to our roots - on a personal level and in terms of our collective consciousness.
As humans now we are being challenged to transform into the true promise of these creator conferred unalienable rights we have been given.
Challenged now to shed the delusions and negative energy of many millennia.
It is all too clear the degree to which things have gone wrong.
It seems that on an hourly basis we are subjected to endless discussions of this and that trivia which seem extraneous to the central drama of this plot.
We suffer the endless presence of talking heads - going around in circles - but almost never speaking of the truth we feel inside.
In this time of necessary darkness - or a temporary loss of perspective - we are meant to shed the old collective and personal baggage we and others are carrying.
As we transit this darkness however we catch glimpses of the renewal which is coming as surely as the plants rise from the dormant state of winter - rising from the roots once again in celebration.
We catch flashes of the brilliance ahead but fall back into moments shadowed with doubt and pain - as if processing deeper blocks we may have been unaware of.
In the cover of darkness - much like the darkness of the soil covering the roots of plants - we return to our roots and prepare ourselves for the next steps of the journey.
Every year I am surprised in Spring by the resilience of the plants my husband and I haven’t managed to kill outright with our lack of botanical skills.
Plants I have totally given up on - return with a surprising and beautiful life force.
Often my own impatience is at work when nature’s timetable is on a different track than my own - nature offering a longer sight than what meshes with my human short sightedness.
All the dwarf irises we planted two years ago seemed dead but now they have divided and prospered underground and send up a riot of green shoots and delicate lavender flowers.
The suburban acreage we began lovingly tending and restoring five years ago now begins to respond to our commitments to a more natural approach.
In the old suburban lawn wild violets sprout everywhere - and the same dandelions which plague our neighbors tailored acres of course.
But there is also a return to something - a profusion of tiny purple flowers and tiny blue forget me knots which are all too easily discounted in the scheme of things.
Nature responds to patience and kindness toward ourselves and other living things with an abundance we simply haven’t had the opportunity to experience in this way before.
In our shared commitment to a more intelligent and natural approach to our lives and culture - impatient humans like myself will likely need to take into account this more patient, longer term and vast oceanic time scale of nature itself - and of ourselves as a part of this.
Coming to understand this vast intelligence of which we are a part as we transit the darkness which is necessary to the overall process.
But then we feel the reassuring brush of angel wings as they enfold us in the vast intelligence of the journey.
We take heart and embrace the riot of logic and feelings - the path forward of the heart and mind.
Spiritual energy we barely knew we possessed - which even now guides our halting steps - is the path forward into the path of heart and feeling which will enfold us as humans and this great blue marble of a planet - into the protective wings of angels.
Despite the darkness we feel we are on the right track - being guided by the firm hands of a more vast intelligence - and returning to the light.
The Law Of Conservation of Energy
Energy can neither be created or destroyed and may only be converted from one form to another
This is the first law of thermodynamics.1
In the universe energy is never lost or wasted - and is forever recycled into complex structures we can barely begin to comprehend.
We are walking, talking beings composed of electromagnetic energy - and the force of the energy represented by our consciousness, of our faith and our spirituality - has barely been explored or tapped.
By listening closely and by perceptively watching the cycle of ceaseless change and becoming - our feet begin following a much more rewarding and meaningful path of light.
Quicksilver Angels in the Slipstream.
It is extremely frustrating for all of us who have worked against war and authoritarianism for lifetimes - and despite the fact that war and tyranny may not be overcome in these lifetimes - the steps toward this are spiritually mandatory.
We as humans must embrace the knowledge that war and tyranny and associated horrors will be defeated - ignoring our own shadowed echos of doubt and pain which lead us to doubt this is true.
Doubt, pain and fear are the enemies we have to conquer.
And they must be conquered by each one of us - and as each of us do this - we change the world.
From my experience God works in synchronicity with us as we follow the spiritual teachings.
