THE SUN IS ACTING UP

Wouldn’t it be weird if the actual sun had something to do with Earth’s climate?

Funny, that’s what I thought too. The very idea that the sun could have something to do with Earth’s climate is of course preposterous. Maybe even more preposterous than Woke mentality and transgender ideology being taught to and forced on our children.

We all know the powers that be have our best interests at heart and would tell us right away if we needed to worry over the sun. If they knew that a Carrington type event was on the horizon they would never keep us in the dark.

Before I go however I am going to show a couple of silly YouTube videos by ordinary citizens who actually believe the activity of the sun could affect out little world. I know - getting one’s science from YouTube - just plain unscientific.

I know, silly. Just a regular person, sitting here in NashVegas thinking about these silly things.

I know from experience it is difficult to expect you all to watch these videos. They can be plenty annoying and even suspect. They don’t have that old Holly-weird spin we have come to expect. That old Holly-weird spin that got us through this horrible pandemic.That carefully couched and artfully designed information we can depend on from academia.

Those who make these videos are all pretty regular people, just trying to think for themselves and share what they find. Imagine that? Actual information, free of the spin doctoring, advertising and plastic polish of mainstream media.

We have become accustomed to getting all of our information from the modern equivalent of Snake oil salesmen. There isn’t a major media outfit in this world that fails to sell us stuff as a regular part of getting our information. We are so accustomed to receiving our information in a spin doctored, polished way we have trouble accepting any information not presented this way.

Maybe it is time to reflect on this. If - and I am not saying there will be - but if there were to be a Carrington event we would be in a position of having to trust each other again to survive. We would be forced to reimagine our actual interaction with regular folks.

We would be forced back on our own recognizance. No one would be coming to rescue us. Imagine that?
