Yes.! We are energy - we are the vibrational living energy which is the universe’s way of knowing itself - and we need to find the locus of our own personal power in this world. Find it and use it well!! And thanks for the share.
Civilizations have risen and been felled, many times in the past, I am coming to believe. Lots of YT’ers are showing this through architecture. Jon Levi, My Lunch Break, Michelle Gibson, etc. Buckle up. Document from a first person perspective what you actually experienced over the course of your life and enjoy the ride. Before they take your children to re-education camps and put you in an asylum. Not everyone gets to be part of the most exciting periods of history. 😊
“We are going to have to work hard to overcome the always seductive fiction that we do not need to fundamentally change to be the ones we wish to see - while we embody the changes we wish to see in the world.” Did you steal this from Kamala?
We have been told, for all of recorded history, that personal accountability and individual sovereignty are the basics for a strong life, family, and community.
Even the hebrews desired a king to rule over them, despite beig counselled against such a thing.
We have more than asked, we have begged. Through fear we have grown our governments and willingly granted them more and more authority that does not belong to them. We have been warned and warned, over and over, all throughout history in every nation and land. Of course it is our fault.
Slow change is the inevitable result if the system, no matter how much we resist it.
But fast change, it occurs in 30 minutes, start to finish, then there is only the dead and dying.
That is the legacy of nuclear weapons,
Bless the peacemakers because without them we have nothing. Zero. We will have to rebuild from scratch, while dealing with the legacy of meltdowns, lotsa meltdowns,

Yes indeed all civilizations have risen and fallen. Including this one which is in collapse.
I love architecture and the concept we could keep the best parts of our civilization and all that.
I am just not sure that going on expecting that that continues to be possible is sustainable.
But I don’t at all discount we can manage if we each - and as a society - change.
Right now there is no sign of that.
And as I wrote those of us well off enough to be reading and commenting here are - by definition -quite fortunate.

Worth stealing as comedy routine is the Kamala brand word salad.
"Because community banks are part of the community"
"Time is the past and the present and the future" - glad we got that straight!!
Love your sense of humor. Giving you a few pokes in the rib today.
Keep the comments coming - love them!

Appreciate the restack!!

What a effing mess.
Yes we have really outdone ourselves this time. Hopefully there are enough of us to take on the long slow changes toward what we know we can be.
Talk with the kids - most of them understand if we do.
