“We owe it to ourselves and to our two-year-olds to be that impossibly brilliant metaphorical being who dons the mythical cape and takes that metaphorical leap off the garage.” This “leap off the garage” reminds me of the great leap from 1st tier to 2nd tier of Spiral Dynamics as taught by Clare Graves, Don Beck and Ken Wilber.
