In this regard I suggest abolition of governance. Hirelings entrusted with responsibility in a political spoils system represent even in bureaucracy this truth that interest groups run governance and people are used you understand as scenery. All governments are by law above the law and act accordingly. By above the law I mean simply that in ignoring it and being willing to create mob violence or use state violence to enforce the ideological line we are ill-served.

Not certain all that you mean here. But the immortality of bureaucracies are certainly a continuing threat. I agree with George Washington:

"Government is not reason, it is not eloquence-it is force! Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action."

But then he of course helped usher in this fearful master and dangerous servant. Difficult ideas to negotiate for certain.

Why do free people require governance? What results? Who benefits? How do they benefit? By hiring a person to do the job of ruling our morality we create mendacity.

We can gain more by having much less weight sitting on top of us.

I agree with this stance. But you know I am don't think civilization is very civilized either. Yes it is that old offer they made us we cannot seem to refuse. Guess we are going to have one heck of a garbage issue.

Civilization came into existence with Government. Culture needs no government.

The "government" has already abolished itself, preferably in 1882, when it got incorporated in the City of London (and DC is a deployment of foreign invaders), but no later than 1913, when the issuance of the USD was solely granted to a private bank, the Federal Reserve. The bank has been issuing money in the form of loans to the taxpayer at an interest, while distributing it at its own convenience.

Or when the Louisiana Purchase rammed through.

That definitely indicated the same banking interests as the ones running the world now. :)

Kinda like the (un)Civil War.

Good source, but I'm still unsure what you mean by "differently."

Excellent assessment and plan of action.

As the government has been hijacked, the American people have no legitimate government.

Yes and most of the other people of nation states. In the very least what we euphemistically called a government has been hijacked by the current people who believe they run the world.

I support your conviction and dedication to the inevitable outcome of the future. The question is not will a change occur; it is what it will become. I have two thoughts for you.

First, have you ever wondered how and why governments come and go? Without going into detail, they do so at regular intervals. There is a cycle of governments changing throughout history; one can forecast when a government will end, and a new one will begin. The US will begin its ending over the next ten years culminating in 2032. (To understand this phenomenon go to Armstrong economics and spend time there). What you wrote today is part of the change coming, and it will expand and gain traction over the next ten years. The US will fall, and something new will emerge. You are on the right path.

Secondly, we see constant demonstrations and marches, protests, and violence, yet these tactics never work. They only give the government more reason to gain more authority and laws.

The one tactic that works is non-compliance—refusing to obey. A government only has life if people support it through obedience. This may be a hard one right now because we still have most of the population hypnotized to comply. So education is needed to gain more non-compliance. People must understand that fear is the weapon of choice used agsinst them. So they mask up, as an example; you see, we have a lot of work ahead of us.

You wrote: "As the founding fathers spoke of “Let this battle happen in my lifetime that my sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters do not have to fight it.” This seems a natural thought to have under these circumstances. We ask why us? Why should it not fall to us? We may not have chosen these times but they have chosen us. It is our moment to see things right."

Thank you --- You have it exactly right, I wish I could give you 10 stars for this article.

The biggest problem about government is that it never has to PAY for the damage it has done to innocent life; like the vaccine injured.

In order for there to be government at all, people have to be willing to endorse and edify a system of arbitrary hierarchy. The most FAKE thing on earth is the very concept of Hierarchy. We are all equally sovereign; there is nobody above you and nobody below you. All "laws" are only social agreements.

This new Declaration of Independence must be based on each Individual being Sovereign. Any future social development must not include an infrastructure allowing for compulsion between people or groups of interest.

I agree with you completely

Agree with both 100%. Yes, hierarchical structures in human society lead to ruin. Agree with the really sacred idea of the sovereignty of the individual. Real unalienable rights preclude a hierarchy.
